The Notifier BMP-1 is a blank module dress plate used to cover unused module positions in annunciator backboxes and in fire alarm control panel (FACP) dress panels such as the ADP-4B or DP-DISP. It gives the finished panel a professional, uniform appearance when not every module slot is populated.

The BMP-1 can also be used as a mounting platform for option modules — the plate includes four integral stand-offs that let option modules such as the NCM-W, NCM-F, or TM-4 network communications modules be mounted behind the blank front, inside the cabinet. This saves a full ADP-4 slot for future annunciator expansion while still accommodating required network hardware today.
